Ticketsnationwide.com and Ticket Connection II Inc. buys and resells tickets on the secondary market at above face value. Our prices can be substantially higher than the original ticket price, as they reflect the cost of obtaining premium seating. Any trademarked terms that appear on this page are used for descriptive purposes only.

We are not the official NBA, NFL, MBA or NHL box office. We are not affiliated with the National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball League, National Hockey League, or any venue. We are independent ticket brokers that buy and sell tickets to popular events worldwide, such as the Washington Redskins, Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals, Maryland Terrapins, Great Concerts and Theatre Tickets on Broadway.

If it is discovered that documentation necessary to process an order is incomplete due to customer error, the order may be canceled even after confirmation. In this situation the customer will be given a full refund.

All times listed are local for the event. Furthermore, all dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the buyer prior to of the event.

Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets for certain events could be as late as the day of the event. Under extremely rare circumstances tickets may not be obtainable at all. In this case our liability shall be limited to one and one half times the original purchase price.

Since tickets are bought and sold on an open market, prices are subject to change at any time before order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and give a full refund at any time, for any reason whatsoever.

Some events and venues enforce age restrictions, i.e. "21 and over". It is the buyers duty prior to purchasing tickets whether such a policy exists. We will not be liable for refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for either themselves or others in their party. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. We will not be responsible for any event with content that shocks, offends, frightens, angers or traumatizes any individual or group. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges under either of these circumstances.

Ticket Ordering Policy

Tickets are generally in stock and the customer knows the exact seating location at the time of purchase. Since our online ordering function is not in "real time", occasionally tickets that were ordered are no longer available. If tickets that were ordered are no longer available, there is usually an option to purchase tickets in a similar seating location, at the same or a similar price. Customers are not obligated to accept tickets other than those originally ordered. Credit Cards are not charged until we have confirmed ticket availability. If tickets are labeled "GA" this means General Admission.

Orders over $800.00 require a Credit Card Authorization Form to be filled out by the credit cardholder and faxed back to us along with a copy of the credit card (front and back) and drivers license. This is also a requirement for all cards with billing addresses outside of the United States, regardless of the order amount. A Credit Card Authorization Form will also be required on orders where the shipping address is different from the billing address or the billing address does not verify. Ticketsnationwide.com and Ticket Connection II Inc. reserves the right to request a Credit Card Authorization Form at its discretion.

Once an order has been confirmed, a sales agent will contact the customer via Email, fax or phone.

Tickets are generally delivered within a few days of order confirmation or by a mutually agreed upon date

Please Note: If a Credit Card Authorization Form is required to process an order, a copy of the cardholder’s driver’s license and the front and back of the credit card being used must be included with the completed form when it is returned to us. All customer information is strictly confidential and used only to verify the customer’s identity and prevent fraudulent activity. Authorization Forms must be returned to us in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the proper documentation has not been returned to us even if the order has been confirmed. Please follow instructions carefully.

In some cases we require visitors to give us contact and personal information. This information is used only in replying to inquiries or processing orders. Our site has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We are the sole owner of any personal information we receive. Furthermore, we will NOT sell, share or rent ANY of the information that visitors provide us with.

We collect the following information from all visitors to our site: the name of the domain through which they access the Internet; the date and time they access the site; and the web page that referred them to our page. We use this information to administer our web site. and to help diagnose and troubleshoot potential server malfunctions. We also record the individual (IP) address of the computers used to access our site in order to protect against fraud.

Forms of Payment

CREDIT CARDS: Ticketsnationwide.com and Ticket Connection II Inc. accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard,Visa, American Express, Discover, and Bank Cards bearing the VISA logo. In some cases a credit card authorization form must be filled out and returned to us along with a copy of the cardholder’s Drivers license and credit card.

CHECKS: If time permits payment by check is an option. We accept cashier’s checks and money orders. Company or Personal check orders ship AFTER check payment has cleared. This can take up to 7-10 business days.

CASH: This type of payment must be made in person.

Shipping Policy

FedEx is used for all shipments and a signature is required upon delivery for every order. FedEx will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box so you must provide us with a physical street address.

Most orders for regular season NBA, NFL, MLB and NHL games, concerts, and theatre are shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation. Orders for some events are not delivered until very close to the date of the event. We may contact the customer to confirm the shipping address prior to shipment.

All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery area.

Upon delivery of tickets from FedEx, customer has 48 hours to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies about tickets and/or seating locations.

Ticket shipments cannot be rerouted from the original address submitted on the order.

Cancellation
Event Postponement / Cancellation

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled we will issue a customer credit minus any shipping and handling fees that will be valid for up to one (1) year towards customers next purchase, unless the cancellation is due to an act of God (weather, earthquake, hurricane, etc.), venue structural issues, war, fire, civil disturbance, any acts of government, customer inability to obtain transportation, terrorism, strike, lockout or other labor disputes. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event.

Customer Cancellations
Once we receive payment the customer CANNOT cancel an order and receive a refund or exchange tickets for any reason other than what is specified above.
